Chat Playbooks allow you to engage with a site visitor for the purpose of qualifying a lead on your web site.  There are various types of playbooks to suite your use case.

Types of Chat Playbooks

There are several types of chat playbooks available to build for all users.  See below for a quick description of each playbooks intended use along with an example of it in action.

Engage All
The Engage All chat playbook is the core of your playbook strategy and is to be considered the go-to playbook for general use.

The Pricing Page chat playbook is utilized to answer general pricing questions before connecting visitors to your team.

Skip the form
The Skip the Form chat playbook lets visitors "skip the line" and connect with your sales team right away.

Visitor retargeting
The visitor retargeting chat playbook is used to create a custom experience for known visitors returning to you site.

Blog
The Blog chat playbook gives blog visitors recommendations on additional articles to check out.

Welcome message
