Ask AI in Conversation Intelligence

Ask AI in Conversation Intelligence helps you extract insights from call transcripts through AI chat. You can better understand customer needs, market trends, and sales dynamics, and identify revenue-critical moments:

• A manager can quickly identify key customer pain points or pinpoint the key decision-makers in a discussion.
• A rep preparing for a follow-up meeting can extract specific objections raised by the customer, enabling them to address these concerns directly in their next interaction.
• Training and coaching staff can use Ask AI to identify best practices or areas needing improvement, focusing on specific parts of a call where a sales representative excelled or struggled.

How to use Ask AI features

By Features

• User-Prompted Questions with Responses: You can ask questions about the call and receive responses using Ask AI.
• Citations: Each answer includes citations that point to the part of the call the answer is based on, so you can verify the source. If an answer draws on more than one call, citations are grouped by call so you can see which source supports which part of the answer.
• Conversation History: You can access all questions asked previously, as well as the answers.
• Validate Responses: You can provide feedback on the responses you receive and have the option to regenerate a response if the initial one does not meet your expectations.

By Persona

• Manager: Managers can quickly identify critical customer concerns and decision-makers from call transcripts, aiding in strategic planning and team direction.
• Sales Rep: Sales representatives can extract specific objections from a client call, which enables targeted preparation for an effective follow-up meeting.
• Training Staff: Coaches and trainers can pull examples of best practices or areas for improvement, focusing on specific segments of sales calls for targeted coaching.

What Ask AI answers

Ask AI remains focused on sales-related questions about your calls. Ask AI now answers more valid sales-related questions that it previously declined in error.

How answers are generated

Ask AI reasons across the call to assemble a complete answer, rather than answering from the most similar passages of text alone. As Ask AI gains new capabilities, your answers continue to improve. No setup or action is required from you or your admin.
