Can a a sales leader (i.e. a manager) have visibility into multiple forecasts?
Forecasting Managers
If a user is submits a forecast (a.k.a. calls a number), they can see either only their own forecast and below in the hierarchy. A first-line manager, for example, can see their own forecast call and their reps' forecast calls.
While a user such as a manager can be opted into multiple tabs in Forecasting (i.e. New Business, Product Lines, etc.), they cannot view a forecast that is above their role in the hierarchy, or a forecast that does not belong to them.
So, the VP of Sales - APAC cannot view the forecast of the VP of Sales - EMEA, or the forecast of the CRO. The CRO, on the other hand, can view the forecast of the VP of Sales - APAC and the VP of Sales - EMEA since both of those roles rollup to the CRO in the hierarchy.
Additionally, a user cannot view a forecast that is outside of their node in the hierarchy. So the VP of Sales - APAC would also not be able to view the forecast of the VP of Customer Success — assuming the Customer Success node is in a separate node from the Sales node in your role hierarchy.
Forecasting Viewers
If a user is opted into Forecasting as a Viewer 👀 —they can only be opted in to view Forecasting as one other person does. That is, they cannot be opted into viewing Forecasting as multiple other users.
So your Director of Sales Ops can be opted into viewing Forecasting as your CRO, but they cannot be opted into viewing Forecasting as your CRO and your VP of Customer Success.
