Clari Roles and User Types

Roles

Roles are designed to ensure that as soon as a user logs into Clari, they see exactly what they expect—the deals and data that rep cares about.
 

There are 5 standard Clari Roles, and each role maps to a matching, standard User Type. 
 

1. Exec
2. Manager
3. Sales Rep
4. Sales Ops
5. SE
    

A user's role controls the following settings in their account:

You can change the name of the default roles and add custom roles. But, each customized role must map to a standard Clari User Type.

For example: Below, the PM role is a custom role. Notice how it's still mapped to a standard User Type, which in this example is Exec.
