Setting Up Exchange TeamLinking in an On-Premise Exchange Environment

In terms of making calendar and email connections with Clari for Activity Insights or Account Engagement, Clari Exchange TeamLinking is our recommended method.

TeamLinking eliminates onboarding complexity of end users needing to understand their Exchange mail environment settings, and eliminated the ongoing maintenance requirements when their passwords have to be reset due to password change policies. Individual linking is also not possible when SSO or MFA is enabled in Exchange.

If your organization uses Microsoft Exchange 2010 SP2 or above for calendar and email, then the document attached to this article should be used to set up Exchange TeamLinking. Once the Exchange integration user has been set up, submit a support ticket so that we can enable TeamLinking.
