The process of creating AI-generated Play email begins when you create a Play. While creating a Play, you’ll have the option to add a Task to the play.
To create an email task within a Play using AI, follow these steps:
- From the Task section of the Play builder, select Email Task.
- Next, click Edit Email. Two options will appear: Standard Email and AI Dynamic Email. Click the Select button next to AI Dynamic Email.
- Fill in the prompts that appear. The first prompt asks you the purpose of the email and the second prompt allows you to add any additional information that may be relevant to the email.
- Click Generate test once you have completed the prompts. This will show you a preview of the email. If you are not satisfied with the preview, click Regenerate.
- If you are satisfied with the preview, click Save.
