Ensure Groove Extension is Enabled in Chrome 

If you notice that certain Groove features are missing from your browser, you should check to ensure the extension is enabled in your Chrome Extensions list.

To access your list of extensions, you can paste chrome://extensions/ in your browser to go directly to the list or follow the steps below.

1. In the top right of your browser, click the puzzle piece icon

2. Choose "Manage Extensions" 

Once you are on the following page, you can find the Groove extension and confirm that it is toggled in the ON position.

Groove's Chrome extension needs permission to interact with specific web applications such as Salesforce, Gmail, and Google Calendar to work properly. You may be prompted to allow additional permissions to finish enabling.
