Revamped Forecast Module

The new revamped Forecast Module provides new workflows and capabilities. Let's review them.

Tab Navigation

You can use your keyboard arrow keys to switch between tabs. There's also horizontal scrolling for orgs with a lot of tabs

Expand or Collapse a Hierarchy

You can expand or collapse a hierarchy by clicking the carrot next to the rep or manager's name:

From there, you can drill down even further by clicking and expanding any row. Let's say we clicked on Jason Williams above, then we can drill down into Rebecca Sanders from there:

Editing

You can edit by clicking the pencil icon or just double-clicking a cell that you want to edit:

Cell Grouping

Cell groups are more readable now with highlights around your selected group and no borders on other cells:

Modal

There are enhancements to the modal with a “Copy To” feature that allows you to

• Submit rollup aggregations as your forecast easily
• Leverage CRM/Aggregation totals in their forecast by using the new “Copy To” clipboard feature

:

Team / Adjusted Rollups

Team Rollup is now for all users instead of just the top user in blue. If there is an Adjusted Rollup, it will show for all users instead of just the top user in blue.

Forecast Status Indicator

Notice the indicators to the right side (previously under the username at the left). This gives you better visibility on who has or hasn't submitted their forecast!

Here's the statuses and meanings:

• green check = submitted
• orange clock = need to be updated
• red x = not submitted

And those are the major updates to the Forecast Module!
