Why can't I update a field in Clari?
Clari will honor the user permissions that are set in Salesforce.If you’re trying to update a field in Clari Web, and a popup window does not appear after you double-click on that field, that means the field is a read-only field. Additionally, you can hover over a field and see if a lock icon appears; If a lock icon appears when you hover over a field, then that field is a read-only field.
