Guided Search

Overview

Clari’s guided search helps you quickly find important insights from Clari, your favorite Views, Dashboards, and other records (i.e. Opportunities, Accounts). With the guided search experience, you can easily navigate to your Saved Views and Dashboards, but — if you've forgotten where exactly you were able to view your pipeline — you can also search for "pipeline, " click the "week-over-week pipeline, and closed" option that appears, and jump right into Pulse.

Navigation

Open Search in the top right corner of Clari. Then, just type your query and search!

Use the facet filters to narrow down the search results to the specific object they are looking for to filter out the rest (#1 below).

Or, you can click through on one of your recent searches (#2 below).

You can also search Accounts, Opportunities, Views, and Dashboards. You can use a keyword to filter all of those things for a particular search, too. For example, type "CQ" into the search bar to see any saved views or dashboards with a title containing "CQ" in your search results.

Click Show More to see more of your Accounts, Opportunities, Views or Dashboards matching your search results.

Searching for Copilot Calls and Align Plans

You can search for objects that exist outside of the Core Clari app experience and include Copilot and Align. If you have an Align license, you'll be able to search in Align and will have a facet filter to narrow down searches. If you have a Copilot license, you will be able to search for Copilot Calls and will also have a facet filter to narrow down your search query. 😀

Note: Copilot Calls and Align Plans in search are in beta testing and will be available to all users soon!

You type a search query and click on the results in the Calls or Workspaces sections to be taken to those applications and view the content.

Here's an example where we search "Workspaces" + "Storage" to pull up the StorageSys deal Align Workspace:

In this example, we can see all the related information to our search, "app" — notice the Copilot Calls at the bottom:
