How Do I Access Copilot Settings?

 

Copilot settings allow you to configure both personal and organization-level preferences. These settings can be accessed within Copilot as: 

 

1. Profile Settings
2. Workspace Settings

 

Profile Settings

As an individual user, Profile Settings allow you to configure your personal account preferences, such as:

 

• Updating your name, role, and title.
• Integrating your calendar (required for Copilot to join your meetings).
• Defining pre- and post-meeting actions, such as templates for follow-up and call alerts/notifications.
• Adding personal bookmark categories.
• Downloading the Copilot Desktop and Mobile app.

 

Accessing Profile Settings

 

1. Go to Profile > Preferences. This will take you to the User Preferences page. 

 

 

 

2. Click on the Copilot tab to access your Copilot Profile settings. 

 

 

Note : For Copilot standalone customers, go to Profile > Profile Settings to access your profile level settings

 

 

Workspace Settings

Workspace Settings are available to users who are admins and users who have been given certain admin privileges to read/modify configurations.. These settings allow users to configure organization-wide preferences that apply to all users. These include:

 

• Managing users, roles, and permissions.
• Setting up recorder and compliance settings. 
• Managing interactions like CRM, Teams, Slack, etc.
• Configuring CRM settings like importing CRM fields, CRM writeback, etc. 
• Configuring and managing battlecards and scorecards. 
• Creating and managing Topics. 

 

Accessing Workspace Settings

 

1. Click on the Clari Studio option on the top-right corner.

 

 

2. Click the ☰ hamburger menu in the top-left corner to open Studio navigation.  

 

 

3. Navigate to the Copilot Suite to access the Copilot Workspace settings. 

 

 

Note: For Copilot standalone customers, go to Profile > Workspace Settings to access your org-level settings.
