Smart Follow-Up Emails

Smart Follow-Up Emails in Clari Copilot simplify and automate the task of writing follow-up messages after customer calls or meetings. Powered by RevAI and Smart Summaries, this feature generates clear, empathetic, and context-rich drafts that reps can quickly personalize and send to the meeting participants.

Reps can leverage these Smart Follow-Up Emails for:

• Saving time – Reduces the manual effort of drafting follow-up emails, allowing reps to focus on building relationships and moving deals forward.

• Enhancing Engagement – Prompt and thoughtful follow-ups help customers feel heard, valued, and supported.

• Scalability – With admin-managed templates, organizations can scale best practices across the entire sales or customer success team.

• Consistency in Messaging – The Smart follow-up emails provide a consistent messaging framework across the customer base.

Copilot allows creation of these email templates both at the organizational and personal levels.

1. Global Templates for All Users

3. Click on View Email Template options.

2. Click on Create New Email Template option in the left panel.
3. Choose the recipients of your email template between All Recipients and Customers Only.
4. Add the Template name, Subject, email content, and dynamic tokens. (Type / to add these variabels, e.g., {{callTitle}}, {{customerNextSteps}}, etc.)
5. Click Save Template. Once saved, your template will be visible in the left panel.
