If a Person or group of People do not need to be on the particular Cadence any longer, you can remove them. When a Person is removed from a Cadence they will no longer have actions due within that Cadence.

Before You Remove from Cadence

• You can not delete Cadence step actions. Removing a Person from the Cadence stops all future actions for that Cadence.
• Team admins can control user permissions for removing People from Cadences.
• You can track removed People using the ""When and why people leave the cadence" Chart."

Remove from Cadence Instructions

As you run Cadence workflows, you will experience times when People should be removed from a cadence.

Salesloft offers a number of methods to remove people from cadences. This way, you can quickly perform the action and continue with your day.

You can remove people from Cadences using any of the following methods in Salesloft: 

Method 1: Remove from the Side Panel

1. Open the Side Panel: Click the Rhythm Workflow icon in Salesloft.
2. Locate the Person: Find the Person you want to remove in the Rhythm or Cadence Focus Zones.   Hover over their name to reveal actions.
3. Remove: Click the ellipsis (three dots) next to the Person's name. Select Remove from Cadence. A notification will confirm the removal.

Method 2: Remove from the Person Profile Page

1. Go to the Person Profile Page: Open the Person's profile.
2. Locate the Cadences Panel: Find the Cadences Panel. If you don't see it, enable it in the "Edit Layout" menu.
3. Remove: Hover over the Cadence information. Click the dropdown arrow. Select Remove from this Cadence.
