You do not need to set up any email security records to send emails in Salesloft.
Salesloft does not send emails on your behalf via our own servers. Instead, Salesloft connects directly to your existing email provider—like Gmail or Outlook—and sends messages through your mailbox. That means your emails are sent through the same mail server you already use and rely on the authentication you’ve already configured (like SPF, DKIM, and DMARC).
SPF, DKIM, and DMARC Records are email security settings that help protect your domain (like yourcompany.com) from being used to send fake or harmful emails.
So, while you don’t need to add these records for Salesloft itself, they do need to be properly configured on your domain through your email provider. This ensures your emails are authenticated and delivered as expected.
