The Cadence Overview metrics found at the top of the Cadence Overview page show a quick glance of your Cadence's structure and performance. You should use these metrics to monitor the effectiveness of an individual Cadence.
Salesloft Cadence Analytics reports and Step Analytics reports allow for comparison of Cadences so that you can see which campaigns are performing the best.
While these various kinds of reporting share the same types of metrics – meetings, opportunities, emails, and calls – the numbers may not be a direct match. Here are a few reasons why metrics appear different in between the Cadence Overview and Cadence analytics:
- These metrics will not be the same due to the different calculations used inside the respective reports.
- For example, Reply Rate in the Cadence Overview is the percentage of replied emails based off of the total number of emails sent from the Cadence, whereas the % Replied in analytics is Sum(emails with replies)/Sum(emails delivered).
- Check the Cadence Overview metric definitions and compare them to the analytics Metric Glossary.
- The Cadence Overview stats date back to whenever the cadence was created. The analytics reports metrics are for a certain time period within the last 18 months.
- The Cadence Overview counts any opportunity that was synced and attributed to a cadence regardless of whether the opportunity was created by a Salesloft user. Analytics reports only count opportunities in a cadence that can be tied to a Salesloft user. Make sure that the CRM field mappings are set up properly.
