In this article, you will learn how to cancel pending and scheduled email sends using Salesloft. This article includes:
- Navigate to the Emails Page in Salesloft where you can manage your sent and upcoming emails.
- You can only cancel emails that are in the “sending” progress. If an email has already been labeled as “Sent,” it cannot be cancelled.
- Understand the difference between pending and scheduled emails.
- Pending emails are about to be sent, offering a short cancellation window.
- Scheduled emails have a specific future send time.
