By default, Salesloft applies HTML sanitization to data syncing from your CRM or third-party systems. This removes HTML tags from field values to keep data clean and consistent within the platform.

If your team relies on HTML formatting in those fields, you can request that sanitization be disabled for your account.

How to Request Removal

This is a support-assisted change. To request it:

1. Contact Salesloft Support.
2. Include your account name. 
3. The support team will disable HTML sanitization for your account.

Things to Consider Before Requesting

• Raw HTML tags will be visible in field values across the platform (e.g., in the UI or email content)
• This change applies at the account level — it can't be scoped to individual users
