Conversations Zoom API Integration article.
When a meeting is being recorded in Zoom, you will see a red dot labeled

- Public/generic domains are supported as long as they're not considered an internal domain or Do Not Record Domain.
Things to Note: The Conversations Zoom API Integration does not work with the bot will automatically join your team's meetings scheduled by someone outside of your company setting. For more information about Conversations rules, check out the Conversation Intelligence Admin Checklist.

You can disable the automatic recording setting in your Zoom account, but you will have to manually click the Zoom record button for each meeting you want captured. If the meeting was not scheduled on your calendar (with the calendar invite obeying all of the
Conversations meeting capturing rules), then the meeting recording will not be automatically captured in Conversations.
Once your recording is available in Conversations, the recording panel will include a note that lists what was captured from your Zoom recording, i.e. audio, video, transcript.
The availability of audio, video and/or transcripts depends on what was captured from the Zoom recording file. If your recording appears in Conversations without audio, video or a transcript, this is likely due to active speaker detection (ASD) being missing from the Zoom recording file that was sent to Conversations.
If you receive the following message when trying to record a meeting, your recording is less than 60 seconds long. Salesloft only captures Zoom recordings that are at least 60 seconds long. To avoid the error message, make sure you record at least the minimum number of seconds.
