Why does the Person Record Show "Access Restricted"?
When a user, including an admin, sees the Access Restricted label on a Person record in a Conversations Recording, it is almost always because the Person record has been deleted. This label can appear in the "Related Records" section. Even if a user's access and visibility settings are set to "Owned by Anyone," they will still see this restriction because the record itself no longer exists.
