As of June 2024, our Google Meet API Integration has been upgraded. This upgrade allows you to obtain full speaker detection with your Google Meet recordings. Full speaker detection helps Conversations identify the names of speakers, which will appear on the Conversation Details Page and the Coaching Recordings Page.

If you are currently using the Google Meeting Integration, but have not upgraded to the newest version, you will see the following upgrade notification in your Conversations settings:

Things to Note: When you reconnect the Google Meet API Integration, you do not need to reschedule or modify pre-existing/previously scheduled meetings to pull in active speaker data.

To connect to the upgraded version of the Google Meeting API Integration, follow these steps:

1. Go to your settings. 

2. Select Conversations under the Profile category.

3. Scroll to the Google Meet tile and select Connect to updated version. You will be directed to a Google sign-in page. 

4. From the Google Sign-in page, select the account that will be connected to Salesloft and reauthorize the connection.

5. Once your Google account is connected, you should see a green checkmark with Connected as (email address) in the Google Meet tile.
