As of December 2024, an upgraded version of the Microsoft Teams API Integration has been released. The new Microsoft Teams API Integration includes a more seamless recording capturing experience. This update occurs for Microsoft Teams users automatically, however, if for some reason you were disconnected from the Microsoft Teams API Integration, you will need to reconnect to the current version.
Things to Note:
- Azure Admins may need to re-approve the application.
- When you reconnect the Microsoft Teams API Integration, you do not need to reschedule or modify pre-existing/previously scheduled meetings to pull in active speaker data.
To connect to the upgraded version of the Microsoft Teams API Integration, follow these steps:
-
Go to your settings.
-
Select Conversations under the Profile category.
-
Scroll to the Microsoft Teams tile and select Connect. You will be directed to the Microsoft sign-in page.
-
Log in to your Microsoft account, accepting any authorization notifications that appear.
-
Once your Microsoft Teams account is connected, you should see a green checkmark with Connected as (email address) in the Microsoft Teams tile.
Once you connect to the upgraded Microsoft Teams API Integration, check out the Capture a Microsoft Teams Meeting article to learn more about capturing Microsoft Teams meetings in Conversations.
