Exporting your contacts via segments allows you to have a CSV of your contacts outside of the Drift environment.

Export a Segment Instructions

To export a segment:

1. Log into Drift and go to Visitors > Segments.

2. Click the Segment you'd like to export.

3. In the Segment view, click on Manage members on the top left hand side and click on Export CSV of segment.

4. You'll receive a confirmation and your CSV will be delivered to the email address of the logged in user.
