Once you create your new Drift account, you’ll be taken through a short onboarding section. Each step is an important part of setting up your account and ensuring that you’ll get the most out of the Drift platform.
Paid Plan
Step 1: You’ll first be prompted to input some basic account information: Language preferences, Widget greeting and Full name.

Step 2: Next, you’ll be prompted to enter some company specific information, Company name, Company website and an Image.

Step 3: You’ll then be prompted to set the primary and secondary colors for how Drift will appear on your website. It’s important to note that as you design your bot and widget, your customers and prospects should feel like they're interacting with your brand. Both your widget and bot should reflect your brand's look and voice.

Step 4: Next, you’ll have the ability to choose the type of icon that will appear on your website.

Step 5: Within this step, you’ll have the chance to set your team’s business hours. These hours are when your team will be online to chat with site visitors.
Alright, now that you're account is all set up, let's move onto Step 2: Installing Drift on Your Website
