The Routing Test Mode allows you to take any routing rule and place it into a test mode that prevents a convo from being routed.  In addition, when in routing test mode, routing fallbacks will not be implemented.

How to enable Routing Test Mode.

Routing Test Mode is available to customers on the Premium and Above Drift plans.

To enable routing test mode:

1: Go to Settings > Conversation Routing > and click on the Route to box that you'd like to enable test mode on.



2: On the routing settings screen, select the Test Mode toggle to enable or disable test mode for the current selection.



Once the Routing Test mode is turned on, the condition will still be evaluated and displayed in the routing audit log, however the actual chat will not be routed.  

This will allow you to review how a chat would be routed if it were live.



Note:  Any Routing settings that are currently in test mode will be visually indicated on the Conversation Routing screen as seen below.
