ON24 markets products and services based upon webcasting and virtual event and environment technology. You can add Drift into the platform to maximize your engagement.
Billing Plan:
The ON24 integration is available on all Drift plans but you must also be a ON24 customer to use it.
In this article, we'll go over:
You can add Drift to your ON24 audience console using ON24's URL engagement tool with a Drift landing page playbook. To do this, you'll want to first create a landing page playbook and copy the sharable link. For details on what and how landing pages work, you'll find our help doc on it here

Next, in the ON24 Console Builder, you'll want to add the URL Engagement Tool.

(Above: Screenshot of a newly added URL engagement tool places on the right hand side of the ON24 console.)
Next, you'll setup the URL widget by modifying the Attributes and Configuration.

From here, you'll want to change the attributes as desired. In the example below, the name has been changed to "Drift Chat" and a custom icon has been uploaded. You can use the "Show on Launch" checkbox to control wether or not Drift is initially open.

Once completed, you then want to paste the Drift landing page URL that you obtained from your Landing Page playbook into the URL field. For "Desktop and Tablet" select Open in Console. For Mobile Phone, select Open in console full screen panel.

Once completed, you can use the Preview URL to see what your console looks like.

Each Drift account will have a unique identifier within the Drift Widget JavaScript. To locate this number, navigate to Settings > Drift Widget > Install > JavaScript. Within the JavaScript there is a unique alphanumeric ID located towards the bottom. Look for drift.load and the unique ID will be located within a set of parentheses. Input that unique ID into the Drift Code field on the attributes page. For Engagement Hub, you’ll need to do this only once.
