Using a Blog Playbook to Recommend Articles and Collect Email Addresses

To begin setting up a Blog Playbooks:

1. Go to Playbooks
2. Select Create Chat Playbook > Bot / Live chat
3. From the Playbook Marketplace select Blog
4. Enter your targeting info to match who should see this playbook.  
5. Select Bot Flow to modify the template to suit your needs.

The bot flow that populates when you select the Blog Playbook will have pre-filled out responses in the Bot Flow that will allow you to Subscribe to a newsletter or recommend blog post.  We suggest reviewing each box to modify each response or question to suit your needs.  

Using a Full Screen Takeover in Conjunction with a Promotion

To begin setting up a Full Screen Takeover Playbook:

1. Go to Playbooks
2. Select Create Chat Playbook > Bot / Live chat
3. From the Playbook Marketplace select Full Screen Takeover
4. Enter your targeting info to match who should see the Full Screen Takeover. 
5. Select the the Bot Message tab to modify the Bot Message to suit your needs.

The Bot message that populates will display any intel you'd like to display.  For example, you may want to alert site visitors of a new Black Friday sale item on your site.  Or you may want to use a targeting condition to alert site visitors in a certain region about a new Brick and Mortar store front that is opening in a certain city.
