Drift is making video conferencing easier than ever by allowing you to connect your Microsoft Teams or Google Meet account to seamlessly add video conferencing links to your meeting invites.

• Microsoft Teams
• Google Meet

Plan availability: The Microsoft Teams and Google Meet integrations are available on the FY22 Premium and up plans.

Note: Only Drift Admins can connect these integrations. Once they are connected, your Drift users will need to individually add the meeting links in their meeting type settings.

Microsoft Teams

To enable the Microsoft Teams integration, start by navigating to Settings > Integrations > Microsoft Teams.

Once you click into the integration, simply click the blue "connect" button.

Once connected, Drift will store your personal meeting link and your refresh token. This will allow you to be able to add MS Teams via the Conference Link drop down to any of your meeting types in Drift, automatically including conferencing links, dial in numbers, and any other details when meetings of that type are booked.

To access these features on your profile so your users can start booking meetings. Go to Settings > Meetings > Meeting Types and then select Actions > Edit on the meeting that you'd like to include the Microsoft Teams on.  From here, you can include MS Teams via the Conference Link drop down.

Google Meet

To enable the Google Meet integration, start by navigating to Settings > Integrations > Google Meet.

Once you click into the integration, simply click the blue "connect" button.

Once connected, Drift will store your personal meeting link and your refresh token. This will allow you to be able to add Google Meet via the Conference Link drop down to any of your meeting types in Drift, automatically including conferencing links, dial in numbers, and any other details when meetings of that type are booked.
