Where to find playbooks

You'll find your playbooks by selecting Playbooks from the menu, and then selecting which playbook you'd like to run.  


Drift has 4 playbook styles available to you depending on your plan:

• Chat Playbooks - Available tp customers on Premium and Above.  Chat Playbooks allows you to create Bot / Live Chat and Landing Page playbooks.
• Fastlane Playbooks - Available to customers on Advanced and Above.  Fastlane Playbooks will show to leads after a form submission, allowing a user to choose how they'd like to communicate with you.
• Email Playbooks - Available to customers on any billing plan as an additional add on (Click here to reach out about adding this to your plan ). Email Playbooks allow you to generate engaging conversations via email campaigns.
• Signature Playbooks - Available to customers on Premium and Above.  Signature Playbooks allow you to ad a banner to your email signature in order to build your brand and drive traffic to your website.

How to get started with building chat playbooks

To start building your playbooks:
1. Select playbooks from the left hand menu.
2. Select either Chat Playbooks, Fastlane playbooks, Email Playbooks, or Signature Playbooks
3. Select the Create button on the right hand side of the screen.

Once you've chosen to create a playbook, Drift will take you through the next steps to create the playbook of your choice.  These steps will vary depending on what playbook you've chosen.  We have a quick guide to the types of playbooks here.
