Billing Plan: The ability to join an existing team is available to all Drift users and on all plans.

In this article, we'll cover:

• how to join an existing team using Drift
• possible on-boarding flows

Getting Started

Head to start.drift.com or click here. From there, click Find an existing Drift organization.

You'll then be prompted to enter your email address. We'll send a verification email to the email you provide to verify you own the email address entered.

Click Send verification email.

Within your email, you'll see an option to Verify your email address. Click that and you'll be taken through one of the following flows.

If We Find The Org(s) Associated with Your Email's Domain

Should we find organizations associated with your email's domain, we'll show them to you in a list.

Simply click Join next to the name of the organization you'd like to join.

Your email can only be associated with one organization at a time.

If You've Already Been Invited to an Organization

If you've already received an invite to join that organization from an account Admin, the link in the email you receive from us will take you right into the invite on-boarding flow so that you can get up and running immediately!

If There Aren't Any Organizations Associated with Your Email's Domain

If we can't find any organizations using the domain of your email address, we'll inform you of that and you can attempt to find your team with another email address.
