Where can I find my Slash commands?
Slash commands are easy to find, just click the lightning bolt in your conversation view to find them!

Slash Commands:
Here you can find a list of the slash commands in the Desktop App, along with what each one does. Below this table you can find more information about each specific command.

| /outreach | Enroll a user in an Outreach sequence if you have the Outreach integration connected |
| /salesloft | Enroll a user in a Salesloft cadence if you have the Salesloft integration connected |
/invite
/invite can be utilized to invite a teammate to a conversation, this can be used to tag in a team member to the chat or to route in a rep in the middle of the bot flow. Note that when using this command it will trigger the unresponsive fallback if the second teammate doesn't respond. For further info on fallbacks, check out our doc here.
/note
/note is the new command for creating internal notes! Once you type /note into your text composer your chat box will turn into a yellow notepad where you can write your thoughts on the conversation or assist your colleagues when they are chatting with a client. You can see how your message composer will turn yellow; to go back to the normal (public) chat box just press the Esc key or delete the “/note” text and your message composer will go from yellow (internal note mode) back to white (normal message mode). These internal notes can only be seen by you and your teammates.

/sendtranscript
/sendtranscript is the new command for sending chat transcripts to the email of the user you are chatting with! Please note that this command will only work if an email is known or has been provided. Additionally chat transcripts can only be sent to the email of the user chatting (not an outside email) - this change was implemented recently for security reasons.

/tag
To tag a conversation, you can use the slash command /tag to mark the chat with a pre-existing tag! This command will only allow you to apply a known tag, so if you are looking to create a tag you will need to do that in the ‘tags’ section of the Details sidebar in the right sidebar or in Settings > App Settings > Conversations > Tags! When looking at your Conversations Report under “How are conversations being tagged?”, you can analyze conversation tags here to better understand trends in your Drift chats.

/block
/block is the slash command that blocks an end user based on their IP address, making it so they are unable to chat in! As soon as a user is blocked, they will no longer be able to send you messages through the Drift widget. They will still be able to see the Drift widget, but if they try to send a message, it will not go through. Instead it will appear to always be in the "Sending..." state.

To unblock a visitor, simply use the command /unblock :

/sync
/sync is the Slash command that you can use to manually sync your conversations to the integrations you have set up. i.e. Marketo, Salesforce, Eloqua. This can be used in lieu of the auto syncing features available to you here.

/savedreply
/savedreply is used to select a pre-written saved reply. This can be utilized to help save you some time from having to retype frequently used phrases. To create a new saved reply you can click the "New Saved Reply" link on the top right hand side of the pop up.

/rating
/rating allows you to drop a rating during a conversation so the person chatting in can rate your skill. These ratings can be used to see how well or poor your agents are doing in the eyes of the end user.

/ticket
/ticket allows you to turn the current conversation into a support ticket. This command is not displayed in the UI of Drift but will work as long as you have a ticketing service connected to Drift.

/outreach
/outreach allows you to enroll a site visitor into an Outreach sequence directly from the conversation view. You must have the Outreach integration setup within Drift for this slash command to work.
/salesloft
/salesloft allows you to enroll a site visitor into a Salesloft cadence directly from the conversation view. You must have the Salesloft integration setup within Drift for this slash command to work.
