Onboarding Steps

When you first get invited to Drift you will have to go through the onboarding process to get your account set up. The first step is to set the password you want to use with your Drift account. Click next once you've created your password.

The next step is to enter your name (the name that will appear in Drift) and add a photo of yourself if you'd like. Once you've completed this step, click continue. 

Next, select whether you want to allow browser notifications from Drift.

Finally, you'll want to use the onboarding role designator to select what area your role is in. You can choose from:

• Sales
• Marketing
• Service
• Other

Once you've selected your role, enter your title and pick from the list of options that best describes your responsibilities and click Complete set up. The selections you make here can be changed later in settings at any time. Congratulations, you've just finished your Drift profile set up!
