Integrating Drift Email to Eloqua enables you to push contacts to lists, update fields, and create new contacts in your Eloqua account, based on the skills you customize in Drift.

Setup

First, navigate to Settings in the lower left, then Integrations. In the dropdown menu, select Eloqua. 

 

You'll then be redirected to Eloqua's authorization page and asked to enter your credentials.

After logging into Eloqua, head back to Settings > Integrations in Drift Email. Next to your Eloqua integration, click Test.

 

If the integration is successful, it will show up in green:

If you ever need to re-authorize Drift Email, click the Reconnect button and repeat the process above. This is required once per year, as Eloqua automatically expires access after 365 days.
