Drift makes booking meetings with leads easier than ever. With the Book a Meeting bot skill your bots can book meetings for your reps without the need to speak to a live agent. Below we'll explain how you can use this skill in your playbooks!

Plan Availability: The Book a Meeting Skill is available on the Premium, Advanced, and Enterprise Drift plans.

Adding a Book a Meeting Skill

To add a Book a Meeting skill you can head to one of your existing Playbooks or create a new one from the Marketplace. Once you're in the visual builder, scroll down in the left hand sidebar and click and drag the Book a Meeting skill

You'll see the following node dropped into your builder:

 

Configuring The Skill

After the Book a Meeting skill is in place you can determine who the skill will route in using the dropdown menu shown below:


Note: It is expected that this rule will route in the user whose calendar is dropped by the skill.
 

Here you can set it so the bot will route using:

• Existing routing conversation rules
• Round robin within a group
• To drift account owner (dynamic)
• Round Robin within a team

Now it's time to set which meeting type you would like the bot skill to drop in a conversation. Use the second dropdown menu to set which meeting type you want the skill to drop! Here we will show both default and org wide meeting types. Once you've made your selections make sure you click "Save" and your Book a Meeting skill will be all set!
