What the Drift Engage Score is
Drift Engage instantly scores the real-time intent of every website visitor, even those who are 100% anonymous. Then based on the level of intent, automatically surfaces the most relevant chatbot experience to your visitors, while enhancing your team’s visibility into intent-based web traffic.
How the Engage Score is Generated
Drift Engage uses the power of Lift AI machine learning model to assign your website visitors a score between one and one hundred. This score measures the visitors buying intent, all in real-time. The scores are broken down into three categories:
- High intent - 60-100
- Medium intent - 30-59
- Low intent - 1-29
