Any Admin in your account can update the users’ licenses. Here are the steps to change a Pro Seat license to a Lite Seat license:
As an Admin, log into the Drift account. Navigate to Settings > Organization Settings > Manage Teammates.
Click on the teammate whose license you are changing.
Under the “Roles” section, click the Edit button to the right.
In the modal that pops up, click “Change to Lite Seat.”
In the next modal that pops up, click “Continue.”
Repeat for any other users until there is the correct number of Pro and Lite seats in the account. You can check how many seats are being billed on the Plan and Billing page by hovering over the information icon next to the total number of seats.
