Conversation View

To hyperlink text in the conversation view, simply highlight the text you would like to hyperlink and click the hyperlink button.

 

Saved Replies

When you are adding a link to a Saved reply, you can make these links actually clickable using an HTML syntax. To manage your saved replies, go to Settings > Conversations > Saved Replies

 

For example, you can hyperlink Drift.com by calling [linkname](http://drift.com)

The linkname inside [ ] will be the text. The URL in the ( ) will be the destination URL.
