There are several ways in Drift to display your agents total login time, the easiest is to review the
Team Availability report but in lieu of using that report, there are a few workarounds you can leverage to get a general idea of your agents login times as well.
Billing Plan: The features in this article are available on the
Premium,
Advanced and
Enterprise plans.
In this article we'll cover:
One way you can is by utilizing the
chat report . This report shows you the average amount of conversations per hour over a period of time.
You can also check the routing audit log for specific conversations. Let's say we have a sales rep (we'll call her Sarah), and she's not receiving a ton of chats. If we're worried Sarah might have forgotten to toggle herself online, we can find a few chats that fall within her shift hours, and see if she was available at the time of routing.
Note: Conversation analysis has been Sunset for users who have not used it for six months prior to November 2023.
If you are on an FY22 Enterprise Drift plan you can also go to the
conversation analysis, change the date range to something like 6/08/2022 to 6/09/2022, filter for conversations that were routed, and look for one that falls within Sarah's shift hours. That would look something like this:

Pick a conversation, open it up, and then scroll down to where the routing occurred. Click "view audit log," scroll to the routing rule that the site visitor matched for, and then check
"who was available at the time of routing?" If Sarah was listed as unavailable for a lot of the chats, then it's likely she forgot to turn herself online (the teammate activity log would be good to reference here, too. If you know Sarah is supposed to be online between, say, 10:00am to 6:00pm, you can check to see if she went unavailable for extended period of times).
