Are you using country based routing rules and finding that leads are not getting routed correctly due to their country being "undefined"? Below are two work arounds you can implement in your routings to help make sure all of your leads are getting routed correctly, even if their country is listed as "undefined"

Workaround 1

The first work around you can implement is setting up a routing rule for "Contact attribute country is unknown".

This may not work all the time if you do not have an email capture node before your routing skill or in a situation in which the email does not hold location information.

Workaround 2

The second workaround you can implement is creating a routing rule for "Country does not equal" and add all of the countries in the world. Each country must be its own OR condition with only one country per text box.
