Prerequisites needed to integrate with Goldcast

The following prerequisites must be satisfied before you can begin the Drift integration process:

1. Goldcast: Event Organizer access to your instance of Goldcast Studio.
2. Drift: In order to integrate Drift with your Goldcast Studio, you will need a Drift account with permissions to access and update content on the Playbooks and Settings pages.

The Drift Integration allows you to place your chat bot widgets on event pages in Goldcast using the Drift JavaScript. These widgets interact with Event Users by asking a series of predefined questions that you've set up in your Drift account and can be used for engagement purposes such as gauging interests, scheduling product demos, and signing up for future newsletters.
