These attributes can be important for your sales or marketing teams so you can create workflows in both Drift and Marketo, and to make sure that you're keeping all of the data on customers and leads consistent between your platforms!

Mapping Marketo Attributes in Drift from Settings
Head to Settings > App Settings > Integrations > Marketo, or, click here.

Click Mapped Marketo Attributes.

Select an attribute from the Drift Attribute or Value column and match it to an existing Marketo attribute that's in your Marketo instance! Using the "Overwrite" toggle allows Drift to overwrite attributes that have previously been synced to Marketo with new data.

For country and state names, you can also choose to send abbreviated names if you'd like. For example, sending "MA" instead of "Massachusetts."

You can map static attributes from Drift into Marketo as well. Simply select a field under Drift Attribute or value and start typing. Click Set static value in the dropdown when you're finished.

Remember to click Update above the table of mapped attributes to save your changes!
