The Teams feature is available on our Premium (formerly Company) and Enterprise plans.

Creating your Team

To create or manage a team, head to Settings > Teams, Create Team or click here.

Setting up Playbook Targeting

Head to any of your existing Playbooks to set up targeting.
 

Bot Playbooks

For bot Playbooks, find the Audience section and add a Team status condition along with any other conditions.

Other Playbook Types

Setting targeting conditions in other types of playbooks is now the same as in bot playbooks so you can follow the above steps for other playbook types!
