How to review conversations

You can review all your conversations in the conversation search screen.  To review conversations, select Conversation Search from the main menu.  

Reviewing Conversations with AI

From the Conversation Search Screen, Select view all conversations or use the search bar to search for specific items.  On the results screen, select the filter options, and choose Playbook with AI enabled is True and then hit Apply

On the following screen, you'll see search results that show your AI enabled Playbooks.
