Have you been having a hard time keeping track of all of your Drift notifications? With the Drift Notification Center you can now view all of your notifications from across Drift in one place!

Billing Plan: The Notification Center is available on the FY22 Premium, Advanced and Enterprise Drift plans.

Accessing The Notification Center

To access the Notification Center, click the bell icon on the sidebar on the left of the screen. A red banner will appear over the bell indicating how many unread messages you currently have.

Using The Notification Center

Here you will see a list of all your recent notifications and when they occurred in descending order, so the most recent notifications will be at the top. Any unread notification will be highlighted in blue and marked with a blue dot on the left side of the notification. Clicking the notification will bring you directly to the conversation. You can also access notification settings from this page by clicking "View settings" on the left side of the screen.
