Mobile Notifications
Notifications can be adjusted in-app. These notification settings are separate from your browser notification settings, and strictly pertain to mobile notifications.
By tapping Me and then Notifications, you can set notifications on and off, snooze your notifications, adjust the alert sound, and set which occasions that you’d like to receive notifications. From this same spot, you'll be able to test your notifications on your mobile device by selecting "Troubleshoot notifications" at the bottom of the screen.

Desktop Notifications
Notifications settings that you can choose depending on your needs and how involved you want to be with the Drift app. You can change your notifications by clicking your profile icon > Notifications. For a more in depth guide on this screen, check out our user guide on notifications here.

How to Test Notifications
Want to ensure your notifications are working properly? You can easily test them out from within your notification settings! Start by clicking your profile icon > Notifications > Help. Here you can test your desktop and email notification by clicking the Send test button.
