Fastlane is a new Playbook type that will show to leads after form submission. Below are the steps that you'll take to create the Fastlane Playbook. Please see the other help documents on the left side of the page for steps two through five of setting up Fastlane.

Billing Plan: Fastlane is available on the Advanced and Enterprise Drift plan.

NOTE:

• There is an additional step that is required to get Fastlane fully Live - installing the Fastlane JavaScript snippet which you'll find more information about here.

Step 1: Click on the Playbooks icon in the left-hand navigation

 

Step 2: Click on Fastlane playbooks and then Create Fastlane playbook

 

Step 3: Name your Fastlane playbook and click Next

Step 4: Enter the URL that your form is on and click Find form

 

Step 5: Select the form you want to map to Drift

 

NOTES:

• If the right form is not displayed, select None of the above and you'll be able to manually map your form fields to Drift attributes by following the Manual steps documented here.
• Naming convention for each field in the form must match exactly in Drift when mapping form fields for Fastlane playbooks - i.e. case sensitivity, spaces, etc. You can find this by:
  • 1. Going to the URL where the form is
    2. Right click > Inspect > Elements Tab > select "Element to inspect" icon (square with mouse/clicker icon)
    3. Hover over form fields on URL
    4. See correct field name - i.e. input#firstname
    5. Map correct field name in Drift Fastlane playbook Form mapping section
