Since we often update parts of Drift, this means that some features of our product go through retirements. In this article, you'll see when our End of Life is for supporting certain areas of Drift.

Drift Help	Early 2021	Drift Help application fully removed from Drift and no longer accessible.
V1 Widget	1/18/2021	All users will be updated to V2. For info on the new widget check out this FAQ
V1 Slack Integration	2/24/2021	Slack will be making changes to their API, V1 of the integration is will no longer be supported. V2 will still be supported. Users on V1 will be sent an email explaining the transition and details to their inbox. For further info on the Slack integration check out this doc here.
Click Tracking for Full Screen Takeover and Slider Playbooks	9/30/2021	For accurate tracking of Full Screen Takeover and Slider playbooks, users will now need to use Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics to track click throughs using UTM call to actions. For further intel on how to do this, check out this doc here.
Deal Room	10/3/2022	Active deal rooms will be left open to prevent interrupting any in-progress opportunities. We suggest bookmarking your deal room to ensure you can return to it.
Email Playbooks	6/7/2023	Email Playbooks can be replaced with other email marketing tools such as Outreach, Salesloft, Hubspot, etc.
Signature Playbooks	6/7/2023	Most email providers offer centrally managed email signatures that can be used in place of Drift Signature Playbooks
Conversation Analysis	11/1/2023	Users who have not accessed the Conversation Analysis in the past 6 months will have this feature removed. Drift recommends using the Chat Data Report in lieu of Conversation Analysis.
CSAT Report	5/1/2023	CSAT Metrics are now to be found within the Routed Chats Report and within the Chat Data Report moving forward.
